Cancellations
If you fail to give us 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment a £15 fee will be charged
Insurance
Some health insurance companies may only cover the cost of the initial podiatry consultation and NOT the cost of any orthotics and follow up appointments.
Your insurance company may also require you to have a referral from your GP in order to claim your consultation fee back. We therefore recommend you contact your insurance company before attending your first appointment.
Should the insurance company request the qualifications of the Podiatrist you are seeing then theses can be found in the Podiatrists profiles on the ‘About us’ section of the website.
Orthotics Fees
The consultation fee and cost of your orthotics will need to be paid for on the day and then it is your responsibility to claim back any money owed to you. We will supply you with an appropriate receipt to send to your insurance company.
